Lumber
DIMENSIONAL LUMBER
Dimensional lumber refers to lumber that is cut to standardized dimensions, such as 2×4, 2×6, or 4×4. These measurements represent the nominal size of the lumber before it is planed and smoothed. For example, a 2×4 actually measures 1.5 inches by 3.5 inches. The most common types are made from softwoods like pine, spruce, or fir. Dimensional lumber is an ideal choice for construction or remodeling projects where cost-effectiveness & ease of use are important factors. From framing to structural support, this versatile material is a cornerstone of many projects.

Pressure Treated lumber
Pressure Treated is the #1 decking material sold in the United States and is an affordable option for your project. Most pressure treated lumber is milled from Southern Yellow Pine and is chemically treated to resist rot, fungus and wood-boring bugs.

White Pine
White pine is praised for its stainability used primarily for visible beams, Poarch poles, furniture, even mantles and is very easy to work with because it has a lower density than any hard wood.

ZIP System wall / roof sheathing
This is a relatively new approach to building enclosures, ZIP System® sheathing and tape streamlines the weatherization process with an integrated air and water-resistive barrier that delivers moisture and air protection in one easy-to-install system.

Wood I joist
I-joists are strong, lightweight, "I" shaped engineered wood structural members that meet demanding performance standards. I-joists are comprised of top and bottom flanges, which resist bending, united with webs, which provide outstanding shear resistance. I-joists are used extensively in residential floor and roof framing. They are ideal for long spans, including continuous spans over intermediate supports. Because I-joists are straight and true,

PLYWOOD
Plywood is made from thin layers of wood veneer glued together with the grain running in alternating directions, which makes it more stable and less likely to warp or split than solid wood. It comes in a variety of grades and thicknesses, so it can be used for everything from subfloors and roofing to cabinetry and furniture. Plywood also holds screws and nails well, cuts cleanly, and is available in moisture-resistant and exterior grades for outdoor use.
